At Reverse Osmosis Superstore, we want to ensure your water filtration system meets your expectations for purity and performance. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused system or filters in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a trackable carrier such as UPS or FedEx.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the items are in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
